We are looking for an experienced Site Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably with strong hands-on experience in villa construction and residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and completing construction work as per approved drawings and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Manage construction activities for luxury villas / residential projects from execution to completion.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and other civil works.
- Check measurements and ensure proper execution of structural and finishing works.
- Monitor material requirements, consumption, and availability at site.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.




- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify construction defects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant site experience in civil construction.
- Mandatory/Preferred: Experience in villa construction and residential projects.
- Solid knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
- Good coordination and contractor management skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates currently based in Goa or willing to relocate to Goa will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
