We are looking for a driven Growth Partner – HNI Portfolio to join the team in Pune. In this role, you will own the end-to-end client relationship—from the initial consultation through to deal closure.

What You'll Own

- Client Onboarding: Lead discovery and onboarding meetings with HNI prospects, aligning investment goals and decision criteria into tailored action plans.
- Site Visits: Plan and guide premium site visits, presenting inventory as strong investment assets while serving as the primary face of the brand.
- Deal Closure: Drive negotiations end-to-end and close high-value transactions—owning target outcomes, not just the pipeline.

What We Are Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, luxury sales, wealth management, or high-ticket closing roles.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals with HNI/UHNI clients.




- Strong communication skills with direct experience engaging founders, CXOs, and top-tier investors.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Pune.
- Self-starter mindset thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership team setting.
