we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the role engineer with strong expertise in component machine, New product development (NPD),Fixture /Tool Selection and CNC Programming.

Job Responsibilities :

Lead and support machine related NPD activates from concept to production implement.

Develop machine process plans for new components ensuring Quality, Productivity and cost optimization.

Selection and validation of cutting tools fixture gauges and work - holding System.

prepared and optimze CNC programme for VMC ,HMC,CNC Turing machines.

Drive cycle time reduction ,prodducitity improvement and process capability enhancement.

Coordination with desing quality production and supplier for smooth project execution.

Conduct feasibilty studines , process trails and PPAP /APQP acitivtes for new components.

Troubleshoot machining and tooling related issues on Shop floor.

Ensure adherence to safety quality and manufacturing standards.

Requried Skill:





Strong Knowledge of componets machining process and manufacturing engineering.

Hands - on experience in CNC Programming (Fanuc / LMW /Mazak)

Good understanding of fixture design concepts and cutting tool applications.

Exposure to NPD activites ,Process validation and industrialization.

knowledge of GD&T; engineering drawaings and machine tolerances.

Qualification & Experience :

B.E /B.Tech/Diploma in mechanical Engineering or related fields.

5+ Years of Experience in machining manufacturing industries.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
