We are looking for a talented, fast, and creative Video Editor to join our team and help us build high-converting video assets for our clients across social media platforms.

Job Summary

As a Video Editor at EPM, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, high-retention video content. You will primarily focus on creating short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and high-converting paid social media advertisements (Meta, SEO, Google). The ideal candidate has a keen eye for pacing, modern editing trends, and hook-based storytelling that stops the scroll.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-performing video creatives for paid ads and organic social media channels.
- Master short-form editing styles, including dynamic cuts, engaging captions/subtitles, sound design, and trend-jacking.
- Hook the audience within the first 3 seconds of a video using visual anchors and text treatments.




- Collaborate closely with media buyers and content strategists to iterate on video variations based on performance data.
- Organize and manage raw assets, ensuring a smooth and efficient post-production workflow.

Requirements & Skills

- Proven experience as a Video Editor (a strong portfolio or reel of social media/ad work is mandatory).Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro / CapCut Desktop).
- Deep understanding of social media formats, aspects ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1), and platform-specific constraints.
- Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and audio mixing (sound effects, music transitions).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle constructive feedback constructively.
