Job Description

Home Medics is hiring ANM, GNM and B.Sc Nursing professionals for part-time home-care nursing assignments. Nurses will provide safe, professional and patient-centred care in the patient's home under the prescribed care plan.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care according to the patient's clinical needs
- Monitor vital signs and general patient condition
- Administer medications as prescribed and within scope of practice
- Wound care and dressing
- Catheter care and other basic nursing procedures
- Assist with feeding and nutritional support
- Maintain infection prevention and control practices
- Provide post-operative and elderly care
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Identify and report changes in patient condition
- Communicate appropriately with doctors, family members and the Home Medics clinical team
- Follow Home Medics clinical protocols and safety standards

Requirements

- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
- Valid nursing registration as applicable
- Good clinical and communication skills
- Patient-centred approach
- Ability to work independently in a home-care setting

Patient's Home Experience: Neonatal / NICU experience preferred Job Description Home Medics is looking for experienced Neonatal Nurses to provide specialized nursing care to newborns and infants at home. The nurse will work closely with parents, pediatricians and the Home Medics clinical team to ensure protected and appropriate neonatal care.
