Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates / Officers to join a jewellery retail team. Both freshers and candidates with jewellery retail experience can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Present suitable products and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
- Drive sales and contribute towards achieving store targets.
- Participate in in-store activities and outdoor promotional activities.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure a valuable shopping experience.




- Maintain professional presentation and product displays.
- Support the team in day-to-day store activities.

Requirements

- Degree is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced jewellery retail candidates can apply.
- Strong language and communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Willingness to participate in outdoor promotional activities.

Incentives

Attractive performance-based incentives are offered and can go up to 3× the basic salary based on performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
