- Responsibilities
- A production supervisor in a capacitor manufacturing company oversees daily assembly line operations, monitors specialized manufacturing processes
- Schedule Execution: Plan daily and weekly production targets for capacitor assembly lines to match delivery orders.
- Production Planning: Scheduling daily and weekly shifts to meet strict delivery targets while minimizing machine downtime.
- Team Leadership: Assigning duties to operators and technicians, conducting training, and inspiring the floor team to lower rejection and rework rates.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
