Operations & Workflow Management

- Daily Fleet & Shipment Supervision: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, dock scheduling, loading/unloading operations, and carrier dispatching.
- Order Fulfillment & Tracking: Monitor order processing workflows to maintain high accuracy, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery and cycle time targets.
- Inventory Control & Auditing: Oversee cycle counting, stock reconciliations, and inventory placement to maintain accurate stock records within the ERP/WMS.

Team Leadership & People Management

- Shift Supervision: Lead, assign, and balance daily task distribution for warehouse associates, forklift drivers, and logistics coordinators across shifts.
- Coaching & Onboarding: Train new personnel on standard operating procedures (SOPs), equipment operation, safety standards, and fulfillment workflows.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct daily huddles, track team output metrics, deliver constructive performance feedback, and address attendance or conduct issues.

Safety, Compliance & Process Improvement





- Health & Safety Standards: Enforce safety regulations, OSHA compliance, proper personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and protected material handling practices.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance of material handling equipment (MHE), such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated sorting equipment.
- Lean & 5S Implementation: Maintain standard workplace organization (5S principles) and identify continuous improvement opportunities to eliminate supply chain bottlenecks.

Vendor & Customer Communication

- Carrier & 3PL Coordination: Communicate directly with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and dispatchers to resolve transit delays, damages, or missing inventory.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with procurement, customer service, and sales teams to communicate stock availability and operational deadlines.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per year
