We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Team Leader to manage and guide a team of Field Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, seller/merchant onboarding, market visits, daily target allocation, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
- Assign daily targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Guide team members to achieve sales and merchant onboarding targets.
- Handle seller/merchant onboarding for ONDC.
- Conduct regular market visits and support the team in acquiring new sellers.
- Train, motivate, and improve the performance of team members.
- Track daily field activities, sales, and onboarding reports.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular performance updates.
- Resolve team-related and customer-related issues.
- Ensure monthly sales and onboarding targets are achieved.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.
