Experience: Diploma – 5–8 years / B.E. or B.Tech – 3–8 years

Qualification: Mechanical Engineering preferred; Production or Industrial Engineering also acceptable.

Job Responsibilities & Skills:

- Design and develop laboratory furniture, ESD workbenches, modular cabinets, instrument tables, mobile trolleys, overhead storage, service panels, CPU holders and accessories.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D), SolidWorks (3D modeling and sheet metal), MS Excel and Word.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal development, bend allowance/deduction, laser cutting, CNC bending limitations, welding joints, assembly design and DFM.
- Material knowledge: MS/CRCA, SS304/SS316, Aluminium, ESD laminate and powder coating.
- Understanding of CNC laser cutting/punching/bending, MIG/TIG welding, powder coating, assembly, tolerances and fits.
- Prepare engineering, fabrication and assembly drawings, BOM, cutting lists and complete product designs.
- Support manufacturing, prototype development, vendor/customer coordination and design modifications based on production feedback.
- Positive problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, time management and customer requirement analysis.

Requirements:



Strong mechanical drawing and manufacturing knowledge. Internship or project experience in manufacturing/furniture design is preferred. Candidates should be capable of handling product design from concept to manufacturing.

Pay: ₹10,231.88 - ₹45,537.45 per month
