Job Description:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive – Fresher to support our purchase activities and ensure timely availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase of engineering materials, machine components, tools and consumables.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, prices and delivery.
- Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
- Support vendor development and cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores and Quality teams.
- Maintain purchase records in ERP and MS Excel.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Purchase/Procurement.
- Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge.
- Willingness to learn ERP/SAP and engineering materials.
- Good coordination and negotiation skills.
