Senior Executive – Procurement

This role owns that balance - sourcing competitively while never trading away quality to get there - for the group of companies as a whole.

What You'll Be Doing

- Identify, evaluate and develop reliable suppliers across group companies requirements, with backup suppliers to secure continuity.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations and lead negotiations on price, payment terms, MOQ and delivery - balancing cost savings with strict quality standards.
- Track market prices, seasonal trends, crop cycles and supply risk and flag significant shifts to Management.
- Coordinate with Quality Control to ensure materials meet required specifications, and drive resolution on rejected or non-conforming materials.




- Own purchase orders end-to-end from supplier confirmation through final delivery - including coordination with Logistics.
- Drive cost optimization and process improvement, without compromising quality or supply reliability.
- Coordinate with Sales/BD, Quality, Logistics, Accounts and Management across group companies to align procurement with business needs.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports on pricing, deliveries, quality issues and cost savings.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Procurement, Purchase, Sourcing, Supply Chain or Vendor Management.
- Experience in FMCG, food products, agricultural commodities, spices or dehydrated vegetables highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with an eye for quality, not just price.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, ERP or procurement software exposure is a plus.
- Fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi, with strong stakeholder-management ability.
- Willing to travel to supplier markets and sourcing locations and across group company sites if needed.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
