Job Description – Teller (60% Operations + 40% Sales)

Job Title: Teller

Job Role: 60% Operations | 40% Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Operations (60%)

- Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and other teller transactions.
- Verify cash, cheques, and customer documents as per bank policies.
- Balance cash at the end of the day and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Process account-related requests and ensure compliance with KYC and banking regulations.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Sales (40%)

- Identify customer needs and cross-sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and Loans.
- Generate leads and refer customers to the relevant sales teams.
- Promote digital banking channels and encourage customer adoption.




- Build strong customer relationships to enhance retention and business growth.
- Achieve monthly cross-selling and referral targets.

Required Skills:

- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and cash handling.
- Sales aptitude and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Masters of Business Administration

Experience:

- Freshers Can also Apply / 6+ month of Experience in Banking, operation, or sales .

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
