Job Summary – CNC Turning Operator (NANO)

We are hiring an experienced CNC Turning Operator with hands-on experience operating NANO CNC Turning Machines for precision machining of engineering components. The candidate should have knowledge of machine operation, tool setting, offsets, drawing reading and quality inspection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and set NANO CNC Turning Machine.
- Perform turning, facing, boring, threading, grooving, drilling and chamfering operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
- Set cutting tools, tool offsets, work offsets and job fixtures.
- Monitor machining parameters and make required tool/wear corrections.
- Inspect components using Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Perform basic troubleshooting related to tools, offsets and machining operations.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
- Follow machine safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
