Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) – Upwork (Fresher) to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for learning and supporting business development activities through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in client communication, proposal writing, lead generation, and international business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms
- Assist in preparing and submitting proposals to potential clients
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Support lead generation through LinkedIn, Freelancer, and online platforms
- Maintain records of bidding activities and client interactions
- Coordinate with the technical team for project understanding
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain professional communication
- Learn proposal writing, business communication,



and sales strategies
- Achieve assigned targets and complete tasks within deadlines
- Stay updated with market trends and freelancing platform activities

Qualifications & Required Skills

- Fresher candidates can apply

- Good communication and written English skills
- Strong interest in sales, client handling, and business development
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research
