Key Responsibilities1. Conversion Calling (Primary)
● Call users who have booked a dental consultation and drive them to proceed with the recommended dental procedure.
● Run the same conversion motion for the physiotherapy vertical — moving users from an initial consultation to a paid session or package.
● Explain procedure details, pricing, package inclusions, available offers, and benefit/insurance coverage in simple, reassuring language.
● Handle objections around cost, time, fear of the procedure, and "let me think about it" with patience and clarity.
● Maintain a structured follow-up cadence — most conversions will not happen on the first call.
2. Cancellation & Drop-off Analysis
● Call users who have cancelled or not shown up for a booked appointment to understand the exact reason.
● Tag every cancellation against a defined reason category (price, availability, distance, doubt about the clinic, resolved elsewhere, etc.).
● Attempt recovery wherever possible — rescheduling, suggesting an alternate clinic, slot, or partner.
● Share recurring patterns and user feedback with the vertical and operations teams so the underlying issues can be fixed.
3. Call Volume & Pipeline Discipline
● Deliver a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day consistently.
● Contact every new booking within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
● Keep the follow-up pipeline clean — no lead left untouched beyond its due date.
4. CRM & Reporting
● Log every call with an accurate disposition, notes, and next action in the CRM.
● Maintain daily call and conversion trackers.
● Submit a daily productivity report and share weekly insights on common objections and drop-off reasons.
5. Coordination
● Work with clinic partners, physiotherapists, and the internal operations team to confirm slots, availability, and appointment scheduling.
● Escalate service issues and unhappy users promptly to the right team.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
● Consultation-to-procedure conversion rate (dental)
● Consultation-to-session/package conversion rate (physiotherapy)
● Number of calls per day (minimum 100) and connect rate
● Cancellation recovery / rescheduling rate
● First-call TAT on new bookings
● CRM data accuracy and completeness
Required Skills
● Excellent communication skills — fluent, clear, confident spoken English with a neutral accent.
● High call capacity — comfortable and consistent with making at least 100 calls a day.
● Persuasion and objection handling — able to make a case without being pushy.
● Active listening — able to hear what the user is actually worried about, especially while probing cancellation reasons.
● Empathy and patience — users are discussing health concerns, sometimes anxious ones; tone matters.
● Target orientation and resilience — able to stay motivated through rejection and hit daily and monthly numbers.
● Attention to detail — accurate, honest call logging; the data drives business decisions.
● Basic tech comfort — Google Sheets / MS Excel, CRM tools, and cloud telephony / auto-dialer systems.
● Time management — able to structure a day around fresh leads, follow-ups, and cancellation calls without dropping any bucket.
● Integrity — never over-promise clinical outcomes or misrepresent pricing; healthcare trust is non-negotiable.
Good to Have
● Working knowledge of Hindi and/or a regional language.
● Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer support, or a BPO environment (internships count).
● Exposure to healthcare, health insurance, wellness, or diagnostics.
● Familiarity with CRM platforms
● Basic understanding of dental and physiotherapy terminology, or a strong willingness to learn it quickly.
Eligibility
● Graduate or final-year student in any discipline.
● 0–1 year of experience; freshers with solid communication skills are welcome.
● Available for a full-time, in-office internship for the full duration.
