- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate real estate leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate information about properties/projects.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type, and preferred configuration.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain lead records.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and other relevant information.
- Maintain daily call reports and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads into site visits and sales.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
