About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting leads into successful customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Explain company services, processes, and offerings to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Stay updated about company services and relevant market trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
