Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Electrical Panel Wiring & PLC Programming Intern to support our industrial automation and SPM projects. The candidate will get practical exposure to panel wiring, electrical components, PLC programming, machine troubleshooting, and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in electrical control panel wiring and assembly.
- Understand and work with electrical components such as MCB, MCCB, relays, contactors, SMPS, timers, sensors and terminal blocks.
- Assist in reading and understanding electrical circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams.
- Support PLC programming and basic logic development.
- Assist with PLC input/output wiring and testing.
- Learn basic PLC programming, troubleshooting and commissioning.
- Assist in sensor, solenoid valve, motor and actuator connections.
- Support machine testing and debugging during SPM commissioning.
- Identify wiring errors and assist in rectification.
- Maintain proper wiring standards,



cable routing and panel cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the design and automation team during machine assembly and testing.

Skills Required

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in EEE / ECE / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
- Basic understanding of PLC concepts is preferred.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
- Interest in industrial automation and SPM machines.
- Willingness to learn panel wiring, PLC programming and machine troubleshooting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
