Job Description

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the complete recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding new hires.

Employee Relations: Address employee enquiries and concerns, cultivate a positive work environment, and resolve conflicts proactively.

Performance Management: Implement and manage performance processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development planning.

Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, and support continuous employee development.

Policy Development: Assist in creating, communicating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives that boost employee morale, engagement, and team cohesion.





Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.

HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and regulations by keeping current with changes.

Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback for ongoing improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

- MBA in HR
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations in an IT company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month
