1.Qualification: Any GraduateRole Summary: Responsible for customer communication, sample receipt coordination, document follow-up, service updates, and feedback management.Key Responsibilities: Acknowledge sample receipt, follow up for PO/TRF/quotation/payment documents, clarify customer requirements, update sample and report status, record customer feedback, support complaint resolution, and coordinate with commercial, technical, and reporting teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
