Job description

Maintain a clean, safe and infection-free environment across clinical, academic and residential areas of the medical campus. Plan, coordinate and audit housekeeping activities while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and teaching-hospital accreditation standards.

Role & responsibilities

- Daily Operations, prepare duty rosters covering wards, ICUs, OTs, OPDs, laboratories, kitchens, and public corridors.
- Conduct rounds to verify cleanliness, equipment placement and signage.
- Monitor Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Protocols & SOPs
- Inspect temporary storage areas for leakage, odour, and pest control.
- Follow Staff Training calendar
- Biomedical & General Waste Management
- Maintain documentation for NABH, Support internal and external inspections by public-health, university, and fire authorities
- Inventory & Asset Control
- Address cleanliness complaints
- Maintain Safety & Emergency Response
- Shift duties (24 7 rotation)
- Must have valuable communication and coordination skills with team handling capability

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
