Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and guide team of 4–6 sales executives
- Monitor daily calling & conversions
- Train team and improve performance
- Achieve team targets
- Report to management
Requirements:
- 2–4 years sales experience
- Team handling experience preferred
- Robust communication & leadership skills
