Position Details

We are inviting applications for the position of Travel Executive. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

The selected candidates will undergo structured training and practical exposure before taking responsibility for live travel operations.

What You Will Handle

The role will involve managing travel sales and related online operations for international holiday packages and flight ticketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling online travel systems along with sales and marketing activities.
- Promoting and selling international holiday packages to individual as well as corporate customers worldwide.
- Communicating with international suppliers and vendors to coordinate rates, availability, and service requirements.




- Understanding customer requirements and preparing customized travel quotations.
- Communicating quotations and travel solutions through email, phone, Skype, webinars, and other relevant channels.
- Developing strong customer relationships and maintaining them for future and repeat business.
- Managing work primarily from the office, with limited outside travel whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills – mandatory.
- A Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in Tourism, Hotel Management, MBA (Marketing), or a related field.
- A positive,



target-focused approach with an interest in sales.
- Strong willingness to build a long-term career in the travel and tourism industry.

Training & Selection Process

Training:
A 3-month training period will provide comprehensive practical exposure to travel operations, sales, systems, and related processes.

Interview:
The selection process consists of a single interview round. Candidates are required to attend the interview in person and carry the relevant documents.

Salary & IncentivesFreshers / Candidates Without Travel Industry Experience

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Final salary will depend on interview performance, relevant experience, and the candidate's last drawn/in-hand salary. Incentives are linked to achieved sales targets.

Experienced Travel Professionals

Salary will be offered with a hike based on the candidate's current/in-hand salary, along with performance-based incentives.
