About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Chef to join our team in Dwarka. The candidate will be responsible for preparing fresh and hygienic meals, maintaining food quality, managing kitchen activities, and ensuring cleanliness and proper food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily meals as per the required menu and preferences.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
- Manage daily kitchen operations and ensure timely meal preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and cooking area.
- Manage kitchen ingredients and ensure proper storage of food items.
- Check the quality and freshness of vegetables, groceries, and other ingredients.
- Maintain proper food safety and hygiene standards.




- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Coordinate with the team regarding daily meal requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Chef/Cook is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Indian cuisine and everyday meal preparation.
- Ability to prepare hygienic and valuable-quality food.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Good kitchen management and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Candidates comfortable with staying at the provided accommodation are preferred.
