POSTING EXECUTIVE – CUSTOMER COSTING & QUOTATION

Salary: ₹10,020 – ₹55,000 per month

Job Summary

Responsible for product costing, quotation preparation, pricing, and commercial coordination for corrugated box and packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate costing for new and repeat products.
- Calculate paper, GSM, BF, ply, flute, printing, die, labour, and conversion costs.
- Prepare customer quotations and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, PPC, Purchase, Production, and Finance.
- Obtain latest raw material and process costs.
- Support Sales in price negotiation and customer follow-up.
- Maintain costing sheets, quotation register, price lists, and customer-wise price history.




- Analyze product profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure timely quotations and zero pricing errors.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of corrugated box costing and packaging.
- Solid commercial and analytical skills.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- ERP/SAP knowledge preferred.

Qualification

B.Com / BBA / MBA / BE / Diploma in relevant field.
CMA / Costing background preferred.

Industry Preference

Corrugated Box / Packaging / Paper / Printing & Packaging / Manufacturing.
