Job SummaryWe are looking for experienced and skilled Paper Bag Machine Operators to join our production team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining automatic high-speed paper bag making machines (V-Bottom and Square Bottom).

Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor fully automatic Square Bottom and V-Bottom paper bag making machines (e.g., Oyang, Zono, Somtas, or similar high-speed machines).
- Setup & Adjustments: Perform machine setup, size changes, roll mounting, glue adjustments, and speed settings according to production specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect finished paper bags regularly for dimensional accuracy, proper gluing, handles, printing alignment, and structural strength.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve operational issues, paper jams, tension misalignments, or mechanical glitches during production.
- Maintenance: Perform daily basic machine cleaning, lubrication, and routine preventive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
- Output Reporting: Maintain daily production logs,
waste tracking, and output reports.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: ITI (Fitter / Turner / Mechanic / Machinist) or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating paper bag making machinery.
- Specific Machine Exposure: Prior experience working on Oyang, Zono, Somtas, or similar automatic Square Bottom / V-Bottom paper bag machines is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of paper roll feeding, tension control, cold/hot glue systems, and inline printing units (if applicable).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
