Job Title: Band B1 / B2 — Sierra Engineer
Location: India – Remote

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Sierra Engineer with experience in conversational AI, virtual assistants, and agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Sierra and strong JavaScript/TypeScript development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI and virtual assistant solutions.
- Build and enhance AI agents using Sierra.
- Work with Agent Studio / Agent SDK.
- Develop solutions using TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Integrate APIs and backend services.
- Troubleshoot, test, and support production AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

- 4–6 years of experience in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, or Virtual Assistants.
- 1–2 years of hands-on Sierra experience with production projects.
- Solid TypeScript/JavaScript skills.
- Experience with Sierra Agent Studio / Agent SDK.
- API integration and troubleshooting experience.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
