# Job Description – Site Supervisor

**Location:** Mumbai

**Experience:** 4–5 Years

**Industry:** Fire Protection / ELV / MEP / Engineering

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications and schedules.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams.

* Manage site manpower, materials, tools and daily work allocation.

* Prepare and maintain **daily progress reports, site reports, checklists, work completion records and measurement sheets**.

* Maintain site documentation including **MIR, WIR, DPR, material records, inspection reports and attendance**.

* Coordinate for inspections, approvals, testing & commissioning and resolve site-level issues.

* Follow up on material requirements, drawings, approvals and pending site activities.

* Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company/site requirements.

* Communicate daily progress and issues to the Project Manager / Reporting Manager.





* Support billing and quantity measurement documentation when required.

### Required Skills

* Good **site coordination and team-handling skills**.

* Valuable communication and follow-up skills.

* Basic knowledge of **MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD and email**.

* Ability to prepare and maintain site paperwork and reports.

* Knowledge of Fire Protection / ELV / MEP works will be preferred.

* Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

### Qualification

**Diploma / BE / B.Tech** in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related engineering field.

### Preferred

* Experience in fire-fighting, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, BMS/IBMS or other MEP/ELV projects.

* Ability to independently handle **site coordination + documentation**.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
