Qualification

- Graduate preferred
- Fire & Safety / Security-related certification preferred
- Relevant experience in hospital or healthcare industry will be an advantage

Experience

3–7 years of relevant experience in Fire & Safety / Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall fire & safety and security operations of the hospital.
- Ensure regular inspection and maintenance of fire-fighting systems and equipment.
- Conduct fire safety drills, mock drills, and emergency preparedness activities.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, security personnel, and hospital premises.
- Prepare and maintain fire & security-related records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety, security, and hospital safety standards.
- Coordinate with local authorities, fire department, police,



and emergency services when required.
- Identify safety and security risks and take preventive measures.
- Train security staff and employees regarding fire safety, evacuation, and emergency procedures.
- Investigate and report security incidents, fire hazards, and safety violations.
- Ensure proper implementation of hospital safety policies and procedures.
