We are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer who enjoys building real-world products, solving complex problems, and working across multiple technologies and systems.

This role is not limited to writing backend APIs. You will work on AI-powered systems, fintech workflows, automation engines, infrastructure monitoring tools, and scalable backend platforms.

We work fast, build practical products, experiment with new technologies, and ship solutions that directly impact businesses.

FinTech decision engines and rule-based systems

Loan Origination System and Loan Management System development and integrations

AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation

Multi-agent systems and monitoring platforms

REST APIs and scalable backend services

Large JSON processing and financial data pipelines

Integration with third-party APIs and banking systems

Real-time systems and async processing

Database-heavy applications with optimized queries

Internal developer tools and automation platforms

Multi-stack products involving Python, Laravel, Flutter, backend systems, and AI platforms

Required Skills

Strong Python Development

Excellent understanding of Python

Strong understanding of OOP concepts

Software Engineer JD





Good understanding of SOLID design principles

Experience with Flask / FastAPI.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Experience writing scalable APIs

Understanding of asynchronous programming

Experience with background workers and queues

Database Skills

Solid MySQL knowledge

Query optimization

Bulk operations and data processing

Experience handling large datasets

Additional Good-to-Have Skills

AI/LLM integration experience

Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, SQS

Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time systems

Experience with AWS cloud platforms

Basic frontend or Flutter understanding

Experience working on multi-stack systems
