Position: Field Engineer – IT Hardware

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of
IT hardware at client locations. The candidate should be technically sound and comfortable with
field work.
Key Responsibilities:
 Install, configure, and upgrade IT hardware and peripherals
 Diagnose and resolve hardware issues at client sites
 Perform basic software installations (OS, drivers, utilities)
 Coordinate with internal teams for complex technical issues
 Provide basic user guidance and demos to clients
 Manage inventory and spare parts for field operations
Requirements:
 2+ years of experience in IT hardware support
 Basic knowledge of operating systems and troubleshooting
 Basic knowledge of printers and scanners, including installation, configuration, and
troubleshooting
 Candidate should have a personal two-wheeler/bike for field support and movement
 Willingness to travel for field work
 Positive communication and problem-solving skills
