Job Duties

- Greeting & Seating: Welcome guests warmly, hand out menus, and guide them to tables.
- Taking Orders: Note food and drink selections accurately, explain daily specials, and share menu or ingredient details.
- Serving: Deliver meals and beverages promptly, check food presentation, and clear dirty plates.
- Customer Care: Check in during the meal, refill drinks, and handle any requests or complaints politely.
- Payments: Prepare bills, process cash or card payments, and return change.
- Cleanliness: Set up tables, wipe down surfaces, and keep the station clean.

Requirements and Skills

- Communication: Explicit speaking skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long hours and carry trays safely.
- Organization: Multitasking skills to manage multiple tables during busy shifts.
- Education: Diploma in Hotel management, though past hospitality experience or basic food safety knowledge is helpful.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
