A leading manufacturing organisation is looking for an experienced finance leader to drive financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Financial reporting, P&L;, and balance sheet management
✅ Budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
✅ Cost control, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
✅ Cash flow and working capital management
✅ Audit, taxation, and statutory compliance
✅ Leadership and development of finance teams
Requirements:
✔ CA or MBA
✔ 10–15+ years of finance experience
✔ Expertise in cost accounting, ERP systems, and financial reporting
✔ Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
✔ Manufacturing industry background (Preferred)
Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
