BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE – DOA MOBILE TESTING

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle DOA (Dead on Arrival) mobile testing, checking, documentation and related back-office activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Check and test mobile phones received under DOA / defective cases
- Perform basic hardware & software testing of mobile devices
- Identify and document faults/issues found during testing
- Maintain proper records of DOA cases and device status
- Coordinate with the Service Centre, Sales Team and Customers when required
- Prepare reports and update testing/DOA records
- Handle data entry and other back-office documentation
- Ensure proper follow-up and timely closure of DOA cases

Requirements





- Basic knowledge of mobile phones and smartphone functions
- Good computer knowledge and data-entry skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to identify common mobile hardware/software issues
- Fresher candidates with valuable technical knowledge may also apply

Full-Time- 10AM to 8PM | Office Based
