Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Bid Manager with 2+ years of experience to manage the endto-end bidding process and support business growth. We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Bid Manager who can independently manage the complete bid lifecycle — from searching and identifying relevant tenders to final submission

Key Skills:

 Robust understanding of Government/PSU tendering process.

 Good knowledge of RFP/PQ/TQ/compliance requirements.

 Strong coordination, communication and documentation skills.

 Excellent attention to detail and time management.

 Ownership mindset, problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure.

 Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

 Experience with GeM, CPPP and other e-procurement portals preferred
