We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in the interior fit-out industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials and services, reading and analysing BOQs, preparing cost estimates, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

- Study project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify material and service requirements.
- Raise purchase requisitions, purchase orders (POs), and work orders in line with approved budgets.
- BOQ & Estimation
- Analyse BOQs and break them down into material, labour, and subcontract requirements.
- Assist in preparing and updating project cost estimates and budgets.
- Track actual purchase costs against BOQ and budgeted rates, and flag variances early.




- Support the estimation team with current market rates and vendor pricing.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on purchases, pending orders, and cost savings.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Commerce, or a related field.
- [1–5] years of experience in purchase/procurement in the interior fit-out, construction, or furniture industry.
- Solid understanding of BOQs, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and specifications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
