Field Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, generating new business opportunities, explaining products/services, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers and potential clients regularly for business development.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain daily sales and customer visit reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / B2B Sales / Retail Sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with regular field visits.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/mandatory as per role.
