Job Summary
We are hiring an Operations Manager to handle day-to-day operations, distributor and super stockist coordination, inventory, MIS reporting and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage distributors and super stockists.
- Coordinate orders, stock availability and sales operations.
- Prepare MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Manage distributor/customer ledgers and reconciliation.
- Monitor inventory and stock movement.
- Track outstanding payments and maintain records.
- Handle month-end closure and reporting.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Inventory teams.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
Required Skills
- Strong MS Excel and MIS knowledge.
- Experience in distributor/super stockist handling.
- Knowledge of ledger management and reconciliation.
- Experience in inventory and sales operations.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Sales Operations or Distribution.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Hands-on distributor/super stockist experience is required.
- FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods or Distribution experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
