We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Team Lead to spearhead our cross-functional tech team. The ideal candidate is a passionate fullstack developer with solid cloud and DevOps exposure, capable of managing end-to-end project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to delivery. This is a high-ownership role that demands technical excellence, leadership, and a growth mindset. You will work closely with the founders and will be a key contributor to the company’s technical success and scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical & Development:

- Design and develop robust fullstack solutions using modern backend and frontend technologies
- Architect scalable, secure, and performant applications
- Ensure quality code through code reviews, best practices, and continuous integration
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure - Any one) and deployment pipelines
- Work hands-on with multiple technologies and languages as needed

Project & Delivery Ownership:

- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical plans
- Drive project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and sprint execution
- Own the end-to-end delivery of projects with clear timelines and quality benchmarks
- Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks and resolve them quickly

Team Management & Collaboration:

- Lead and mentor a cross-functional tech team (including frontend, backend, DevOps, QA, etc.)
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and facilitate career growth for team members
- Foster a collaborative, ownership-driven team culture
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance evaluations, and goal tracking

Reporting & Communication:





- Provide regular MIS reports, sprint summaries, and performance insights to the founders
- Clearly communicate timelines, blockers, and delivery expectations to stakeholders
- Represent the tech team in strategy and roadmap discussions

Hiring & Growth:

- Take ownership of hiring: screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and onboard new team members
- Drive continuous learning within the team and promote multi-technology adaptability
- Encourage and adopt current tools, practices, and technologies for team upskilling

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of fullstack development experience (e.g., PHP or NodeJS, React, Vue, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven experience in leading and managing diverse tech teams
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in preparing performance reports and dashboards
- Ability to work without time constraints in a startup-style dynamic environment
- Passionate about learning and working across multiple technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
