Position: General Manager – Operations

Company: Lakshyamm Hotels and Resorts

Location: Panaiyur, ECR

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Operations to oversee the complete operations of our South Indian restaurant and banquet facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and manage the overall restaurant and banquet operations.

* Maintain high standards of South Indian food quality, service and hygiene.

* Lead, train and supervise the kitchen, service, housekeeping and support teams.

* Handle banquet enquiries, client meetings, quotations, negotiations and sales closures.

* Plan and execute weddings, corporate events and social functions.

* Ensure proper staffing, duty rosters and departmental coordination.

* Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally.

* Control food costs, wastage, labour costs and other operating expenses.

* Review daily sales, cash collections, billing and inventory.

* Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement of materials.

* Ensure compliance with FSSAI, fire, safety and statutory requirements.





* Prepare operational and sales reports for management.

* Develop promotions to improve restaurant revenue and banquet sales.

Requirements:

* Previous experience managing a South Indian restaurant, and catering service

* Robust knowledge of restaurant and banquet operations.

* Proven ability to generate and close banquet sales.

* Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

* Knowledge of food costing, inventory, budgeting and operational controls.

* Ability to take complete responsibility for daily operations and team performance.

Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in hospitality operations, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.

Age - Candidates between 35 to 40 Years of age is preferred

Salary: 40,000 to 50,000

Accomodation - Provided if required

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
