Key Responsibilities:

Computer Entries: Recording all items coming in and going out in Tally/Excel.

Tagging & Organizing: Labeling parts and keeping shelves neat.

Counting Stock: Checking if physical parts match the computer records.

Checking Deliveries: Making sure new items are not broken or missing.

Handing Out Parts: Giving the right items to the production team.

Filing Papers: Organizing bills, receipts, and delivery notes.

Safe Storage: Keeping parts clean and protected from damage.

Process invoices, track receipts, and manage petty cash.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth administrative flow.

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

Freshers can also apply

[1-2] years of experience in accounting or stores manager work.

Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or MS Excel.

Robust communication skills and a professional appearance.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
