Salary / CTC

- Freshers: ₹3.0 – ₹3.6 LPA
- Experienced Candidates: ₹3.5 – ₹5.0 LPA
- Experienced candidates should have relevant sales/customer service experience as per the role requirements.

Eligibility

Freshers:

- 12th pass and above
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interest and aptitude for sales
- Valuable customer-handling and convincing skills

Experienced Candidates:

- Experience in Sales / Customer Service
- Preferably experience in an International BPO
- Upselling / Cross-selling experience preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills

Educational Requirement

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / 12th
- Candidates must be from UGC- or AICTE-certified institutions.
- Any exception must be verified before processing.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Sales and convincing ability
- Comfortable with upselling
- Flexible to join before 25th September 2026, if business requirements change the induction date




- Candidates must have a clear exit from their previous organization
- Experienced candidates should carry relevant Experience and Relieving Letter / resignation acceptance letter where applicable

Interview Requirements

- Candidates must carry a hard copy of their updated resume
- Resume should clearly mention:
- Previous employment details
- Employment tenure
- Educational institution names
- Year of passing

Important

- Candidates who have attended an SBS interview within the last 3 months should not be submitted due to the cooling period.
- Required educational and employment documents will be verified before submission.
- Candidates should be properly briefed about the company, role, work timings, salary/CTC and job expectations before attending the interview.
- Walk-in attendance will be tracked and shared daily.

Note: The induction date is currently planned for 25th September 2026, but candidates should be flexible to join earlier if required based on business requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
