We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher / 0–1 Year Experience to join our Finance & Accounts team at our manufacturing unit. The role will provide hands-on exposure to cost accounting, budgeting, MIS, financial analysis, inventory, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in product-wise and process-wise costing and cost analysis.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze actual costs against budget/standard costs and identify variances.
- Monitor material, labour, production, overhead, wastage, and scrap costs.
- Assist in inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, and working capital monitoring.
- Prepare profitability and contribution analysis.
- Support management in identifying cost-saving and cost-control opportunities.
- Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and other departments for financial and cost-related information.
- Support senior management with financial analysis and decision-making.





Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- Freshers are welcome; 0–1 year of experience in manufacturing/plant finance will be an advantage.
- Strong interest in costing, management accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with exposure to manufacturing, costing, or plant finance during articleship will be preferred.
