​Position Overview

​We are looking for a enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and passionate Reasoning Faculty / Trainer to join our core academic team in Coimbatore. If you have strong analytical skills, expertise in Bank/SSC exam patterns, and a desire to help students achieve their career dreams, we welcome you to apply.

​Key Responsibilities

​Deliver engaging, concept-driven lectures on Reasoning Ability topics (Puzzles, Seating Arrangement, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Inequality, Logical Reasoning, etc.) for Bank & SSC aspirants.

​Teach shortcut methods, speed techniques, and time-management strategies suited for preliminary and mains competitive exams.

​Design and review practice sets, class worksheets, mock test questions, and updated study material aligned with the latest exam trends.

​Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual mentorship to students.

​Track student progress and performance through periodic evaluations and mock test analysis.





​Collaborate with the academic team to update syllabus modules according to changing exam patterns.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Education: Any Bachelor's Degree.

​Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching/training experience in Reasoning Ability (candidates with coaching center experience will be strongly preferred).

​Language Proficiency: Tamil and English (ability to explain concepts clearly in Tamil is preferred).

​Exam Awareness: In-depth knowledge of Bank (IBPS, SBI, RBI) and SSC (CGL, CHSL, MTS) exam patterns, syllabus, and question trends.

​Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
