Key Responsibilities:

- Purpose Essence of the role Lead and manage transition projects on schedule within budgets with high CSAT in line with contractual obligations
- Create knowledge base execute timeline resource allocation budget coordinate implementation and ensures compliance
- Develop an understanding of the E2E Solution and value being proposed as part of the overall Solution
- Draft the transition solution during the RFP and solution cycle in coordination with all the cross functional teams as per need
- Responsible for E2E service Transition handling virtual teams and influencing stakeholders to meet Programme project objectives
- Control an engagement transition budget allocated ensuring all activities defined in the project plan are done within the approved limits
- Align customer to follow well defined transition methodology customize approach in line with customer workplace




- Produce relevant reports accurately at agreed frequency in a timely manner to provide status update on Transition to all stakeholders
- Monitor the project program ensuring all risks are captured mitigations actions put in place and issues are resolved if timely manner
- Develop maintain communication at all levels across the project organization to facilitate smooth effective change management leading to effective delivery of project
- Conduct periodic project governance meetings amongst stakeholders to review plan Vs progress
- Focus on continuous process improvement by identifying areas and participate in team and organization wide initiatives
