Waveline Sports is the Master Franchise for the Michael Phelps Swimming Program in India. We run structured, level-based swimming programmes at 34 centres across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Nagpur, Indore and Kolkata.
We are looking for a Sales Counsellor to be the first point of contact for parents enquiring about the programme — someone who can explain what we do, book trial classes, and convert enquiries into enrolments.
What you will do
- Respond to enquiries from parents by phone, WhatsApp and walk-in, the same day they come in
- Explain the programme, levels, batch timings and fees clearly and accurately
- Book trial classes and follow up before and after each trial
- Convert enquiries into enrolments and complete the admission process
- Follow up on renewals before existing terms expire
- Log every enquiry, call and payment in our CRM, accurately and on the same day
- Coordinate with coaches and the centre team on batch availability and student placement
- Build relationships with parents at the centre — a large share of new enrolments come from referrals
What we are looking for
- 1–3 years in sales, counselling, admissions, front-desk or customer service. Education, fitness, healthcare or retail backgrounds work well.
- Comfortable making outbound calls daily — this is a calling role, not a desk role
- Fluent in English and Marathi. Hindi is an advantage.
- Confident talking to parents about their children, patient with questions
- Basic computer skills and willingness to work in a CRM every day
- Available to work weekends
Freshers with strong communication skills will be considered.
