Key responsibilities (text) • Lead and manage all construction aspects of responsible building projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, compliant,



sustainable and innovative delivery.

- Develop and implement construction project delivery strategies, methods and procedures in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead engagement with designers, contractors and partners to identify cost-efficient and innovative project delivery solutions.
- Work closely with Procurement and Engineering to define sourcing strategies, contractual models and effective design and construction methods.
- Ensure project estimates, budgets, cost follow-up, timelines and risk management are in place and aligned with investment requirements.
- Lead and ensure procurement, contractors, permits, budgets and cost follow-up are secured for responsible projects.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including IWAY, as well as applicable construction standards and regulations.
- Ensure completed areas are handed over for retail build-up or tenant fit-out according to the agreed scope and schedule.
- Ensure competent resources are available throughout all phases of construction projects and manage team competence, performance and succession planning.
- Create an setting where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.
