KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Engage with prospective students through calls, messages, and other communication channels.

· Understand individual student goals and recommend appropriate PTE, NAATI & IELTS preparation programs.

· Manage the complete lead-to-enrolment journey through structured follow-ups and consultative selling.

· Maintain a high standard of student communication and relationship management.

· Manage enquiries, follow-ups, scheduling, and related administrative responsibilities.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the CRM.

· Coordinate closely with trainers and internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

· Contribute towards enrolment targets and overall business growth.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong interpersonal, counselling, and relationship-building abilities.

· A confident and professional approach to sales and lead conversion.

· Ability to understand student requirements and communicate solutions effectively.

· Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

· Basic proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and administrative tools.

· Previous experience in sales, student counselling, education, EdTech,



or international education will be an advantage.

· Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
