Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Research and identify potential clients and target markets.
- Connect with prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT/digital solutions.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations with clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
- Conduct client meetings and product/service discussions.
- Maintain and update lead information and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in the IT/software/digital marketing industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present solutions effectively.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
